Chiron Counseling provides trauma-informed, evidence-based
sex and relationship therapy, through a pleasure-positive lens.
I place a special emphasis on intersectionality, social justice,
and serving marginalized communities.

Being in a relationship with other humans can feel like such difficult work. How do we foster connection when communication amongst us becomes difficult? You need to have space to explore and find healing.

Folx deserve to have their sexuality, mental health, and identities normalized and validated. People should feel empowered to write and rewrite their stories.

Individual Therapy

There is not one ‘right’ reason to come to therapy. Individual therapy may look completely different from one person to the next. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, needing support through life transitions, or wanting space to navigate your views about yourself or the world around you, therapy may be a helpful
resource for you.

Relationship Therapy

Are you struggling in your relationship(s)? Relationship therapy can offer tools and skills to deal with topics such as communication, infidelity, sex and sexuality, conflict, intimacy, separation, and much more. It is a holistic and inclusive approach that creates space for exploring all of the areas that may be impacting your relationship(s) beyond the relationship itself.

SOCIAL JUSTICE & ANTIRACISM

Advocacy & Activism
Identity & Intersectionality

Our lives are impacted by our racial identities. At Chiron Counseling, I work through a lens that sees race as socially constructed, resulting in many inequalities. I provide an affirming space for stories that are often judged and stigmatized, placing focus on the ways in which racial identities intersect with experiences of gender, sexuality, ability, and other aspects of life.

SEX THERAPY

In my work with sex therapy, I enjoy working with gender, sexuality, erotic, and relational diversity (GSERD). To that end, I am committed to being an affirming therapist for LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, sex workers, and non-monogamy.
